By accessing and using CleanMarks ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CleanMarks at any time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Remove watermarks from copyrighted content you do not own or have permission to modify
• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass rate limiting or abuse the Service

Important: This tool is designed for legitimate purposes such as removing watermarks from your own content, stock images you've purchased, or content you have explicit permission to modify. Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.

4. User Content

All images and videos you upload are processed client-side when possible, or temporarily on our servers for AI processing. We do not store your uploaded files permanently. Processed files are automatically deleted after download.

5. Service Limitations

Free tier users are subject to the following limitations:

• 10 operations per day
• Maximum image resolution: 720p
• Maximum video length: 60 seconds
• Small output watermark on processed files

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CleanMarks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications

CleanMarks reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
