Can you “see behind” an emoji?
No. When an app like Snapchat or Instagram saves a photo with a sticker, the sticker’s pixels replace the original ones. No tool can recover a face hidden under an opaque emoji. Apps that claim to are generating a new face that looks plausible. The one exception: semi-transparent stickers, where some of the original still shows through.
What you can do is make the sticker disappear so the photo looks natural again. That is what this tool does.

Can I remove an emoji to see someone’s face?
No tool can recover it: the face was overwritten when the emoji was saved into the image. An AI fill would invent a face, not reveal the real one, so CleanMarks fills with background instead.
